Therapy St. Anthony Health Care Center provides a broad range of therapeutic services to help patients maximize their functional abilities and achieve their highest level of independence. Our programs are designed to treat patients who have had a stroke, joint replacement, amputation and/or neuromuscular insufficiency, as well as many other conditions. Our permanent in house therapy staff provides rehabilitation services up to 7 days a week. Interdisciplinary conferences are conducted weekly by our physicians, therapy staff nursing team and social worker to review the patient's treatment plan, patient progress and discharge plans. |
